Training

As an ongoing activity RightMatch focuses on training individuals in the art of Recruitment at no cost. The training happens in the premises of RightMatch on weekends . Training empowers individuals to become self reliant.

Partnerships
RightMatch has initiated hiring a team of physically challenged individuals and train them to become competent recruitment consultants. These consultants are hired on a structure which enables them to get a fixed salary as well as share in the profits.

Employee Engagement Opportunities
Each RightMatch employee gets an opportunity to do their bit to pay back to the society by actively training candidates and assist job seekers in getting the RightJob.
