About the Role

New Business Development: Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the corporate sector through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and ensure client satisfaction.
Proposal and Quote Preparation: Preparing and presenting proposals, quotes, and insurance solutions tailored to the specific needs of corporate clients.
Negotiation and Underwriting: Negotiating terms and conditions with underwriters to secure the best possible policies for clients.
Compliance: Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Market Knowledge: Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies.
Collaboration: Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., operations, underwriting) to provide comprehensive insurance solutions.

Requirements

Experience - 4 + yrs


Required Skills:

  • Good connections with C-Suite / Top Level of large corporations.

  • General Insurance products expertise.

  • Passionate for sales and number-driven.

  • Market knowledge.
