About the Role

Assess, analyze, and evaluate acquisition finance transactions, including financial modeling, valuation, and feasibility analysis.
Gather comprehensive deal information through client meetings and document reviews.
Review term sheets, legal documents, and participate in negotiations and deal closures.
Ensure timely credit approval, process compliance, and continuous process improvement.
Implement risk mitigation strategies, conduct portfolio reviews, and stay updated on industry and regulatory developments.
Disseminate sector knowledge internally and drive new business development initiatives.
Manage and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and transparent collaboration.

Requirements

  • CA or a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Finance) or equivalent.

  • 13–18 years of experience in financial services with substantial exposure to acquisition finance and structured finance.

  • Track record of executing 4–5 acquisition/structured finance deals and expertise in various valuation methodologies.

  • Preferred certifications: CA, CFA, FRM, or similar relevant qualifications.

  • Excellent leadership, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.
